Pink Grapefruit Berry Slushy
Makes about 4 cups
2 cups pink grape fruit wedges
(peel, pith, s eeds and memb rane removed)
6 ounces cranber ry juice
¼ cup orgeat syru p*
½ cup frozen raspberries or str awberries
6 ice cubes
Place all in gredients in blend er jar in order li sted. Sele ct Liquef y and
blend for 25 –30 se conds unti l smooth a nd well bl ended. Serve
immediately, g arnished with a we dge of pin k grapefr uit, some fresh
raspberrie s and a s prig of mi nt.
*Orgeat syr up is use d in drink s such as a mai ta i.
For an adult cocktai l add ½ to 1 ounce Bitter Cam pari® or vodka per
¾–1 cup slus hy.

3 ounces tequila ( 6 tablespoo ns)
2 ounces Triple Sec o r Cointreau (4 tablespoons )
