3.2 KEY DESCRIPTIONS
The Rhino-NET™ ABCD keyboard facilitates data input.
The keyboard includes two special keys: FUNC (green) and CTRL (orange) located in the
lower corners.
• Select FUNC to activate any of the functions printed on the overlay in green
• Select CTRL to activate any of the functions printed on the overlay in orange
The layout is shown below:

3.2.1 Control Keys
The Rhino-NET™ has several control key combinations which are shown in the following
table.
Control Key Sequence Description
FUNC C This key sequence increases the brightness of the display.
Press the FUNC key once and then press and hold the C
key until the desired brightness is reached.

FUNC D This key sequence decreases the brightness of the
display. Press the FUNC key once and then press and
hold the D key until the desired brightness is reached.
FUNC O This key sequence increases the speaker volume. Press
the FUNC key once and then press and hold the O key
until the desired speaker volume is reached.
FUNC P This key sequence decreases the speaker volume. Press
the FUNC key once and then press and hold the P key
until the desired speaker volume is reached.

FUNC . This key sequence toggles the speaker on and off.

Illumination FUNC TAB This key sequence toggles the illumination of the keyboard
keys.
