OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

OVEN MODES AFTER PREHEAT:

BAKE – in standard Bake mode, the bake element is on continuously (when temperature is below set

BAKE level) and the broil element is pulsed on and off (when temperature is below set level).

CONV.

CONVECTION BAKE – in Convection Bake mode, the convection element is on continuously (when

temperature is below set level) and the hidden bake element is pulsed on and off (when temperature

BAKE

is below set level). Convection bake mode is available in the upper oven only on WOT-227/230 Models

and in both ovens on WOTD model ovens.

CONV.

CONVECTION ROAST – when Convection Roast is activated above 2000F, the convection element

is on continuously (when temperature is below set level), and the broil element is pulsed on and off

ROAST

(when temperature is below set level). Convection roast mode is available in the upper oven only on

WOT-227/230 Models and in both ovens on WOTD model ovens.

BROIL

BROIL – in Broil mode, the broil element is on continuously (when temperature is below set level).

CLEAN

CLEAN – in Clean mode, the bake and broil elements are pulsed on and off. The oven clean temperature is approximately 850°F.

PROBE – on Bake, Conv. Bake, or Conv. Roast the temperature probe may be used by entering the

PROBE desired temperature of the food being cooked. When the temperature of the food reaches the temperature set by the user, an audible tone is heard and the oven goes into standby mode.

NOTE:

Both ovens of the double wall oven can be used at the same time in any cooking mode.

USING YOUR OVEN DURING SABBATH:

For those customers who observe Sabbath Holidays, the oven can be used to keep food warm over the Sabbath Holiday period. This can be accomplished by selecting the Bake mode only and then setting the temperature the oven is to maintain prior to the start of Sabbath Holiday. The oven will operate indefinitely and will not shut off until the Cancel key is pressed.

Please be aware that there are restrictions in the use of ovens on the Sabbath and Holidays. If you are unfamiliar with the laws of keeping food warm on the Sabbath or cooking on the Holidays, please call your Rabbi. Please note that when the Holiday and Sabbath coincide, the Sabbath laws prevail.

1.The oven temperature may not be initiated, adjusted or turned off on the Sabbath.

2.On the Sabbath, in lieu of a “blech”, the oven controls should be covered. (Be careful not to cover vent openings below the control panel.)

DCS (Deep Cycle Systems) has developed a series of innovative models aimed at enhancing energy storage solutions in various applications. Among the notable offerings in this series are the WOT-230, WOTD-230, WOTD-227, WOT-227, and WOT-127 models, each characterized by distinct features and technologies.

The WOT-230 model stands out for its high-capacity deep-cycle capabilities, making it ideal for applications that demand reliable energy over extended periods. This model is equipped with advanced lead-acid technology, which ensures a longer lifespan and robust performance. Its enhanced design provides exceptional resistance to cyclic degradation, enabling users to benefit from optimal energy use while minimizing maintenance requirements.

Similarly, the WOTD-230 model builds upon the strengths of the WOT-230 by incorporating a unique design that provides extra durability and versatility. One of its main features is its lighter weight, which enhances portability and ease of installation. This model is particularly suitable for recreational vehicles and marine applications, where mobility and reliability are crucial.

Moving on to the WOTD-227, this variant further emphasizes efficiency, offering a slightly smaller capacity without sacrificing performance. Its characteristics include improved charge retention and a sophisticated battery management system that optimizes charging cycles and prolongs overall life. This model is particularly advantageous for users who require consistent energy availability while prioritizing compactness.

Another model, the WOT-227, shares many features with the WOTD-227 but is designed for slightly different applications. It provides enhanced thermal management, allowing it to perform reliably in a wider variety of environmental conditions. Users can expect excellent performance whether deployed in extreme heat or cold, enhancing its usability for off-grid systems and remote installations.

Lastly, the WOT-127 model serves as an entry-level option in this impressive lineup. Despite its smaller size, it boasts advanced safety features and a streamlined design that makes it an excellent choice for small-scale energy storage needs. This model is particularly popular among hobbyists and DIY enthusiasts due to its cost-effectiveness and ease of use.

In summary, DCS's WOT series of deep-cycle batteries provides a versatile range of options catering to different energy storage needs. Each model is engineered with advanced technologies, emphasizing durability, efficiency, and user-friendliness, meeting the expectations of a variety of consumers across multiple sectors. Whether for recreational or practical applications, these batteries offer reliable solutions for modern energy demands.
