Both ovens of the double wall oven can be used at the same time in any cooking mode.
USING YOUR OVEN DURING SABBATH:
For those customers who observe Sabbath Holidays, the oven can be used to keep food warm over the Sabbath Holiday period. This can be accomplished by selecting the Bake mode only and then setting the temperature the oven is to maintain prior to the start of Sabbath Holiday. The oven will operate indefinitely and will not shut off until the Cancel key is pressed.
Please be aware that there are restrictions in the use of ovens on the Sabbath and Holidays. If you are unfamiliar with the laws of keeping food warm on the Sabbath or cooking on the Holidays, please call your Rabbi. Please note that when the Holiday and Sabbath coincide, the Sabbath laws prevail.
1.The oven temperature may not be initiated, adjusted or turned off on the Sabbath.
2.On the Sabbath, in lieu of a “blech”, the oven controls should be covered. (Be careful not to cover vent openings below the control panel.)
