interfere with the cover or with the proper airflow inside the computer.
When you boot the system, y ou will need to reset the chass is intrusion detec-
tor by entering the System Setup progr am and changing the Chassis Intrusion
setting to Not Detected. See Appendix A f o r information on t he System Setup
program. If you need further information, see Chapter 3, “Using the System
Setup Program,” in the
User’s Guide

NOTES: After r emoving and replacing the cover, the chassis int rusion detector
will cause the fo llowing message to be displ ayed at the next sy stem start-up:
ALERT! Cover was previously removed.
If a setup passw ord has be en assigne d by someone else, c ontact the networ k
administrator for information on resetting the chassis intrusion detector.
