Dell-diagnostiikkaohjelman suorittaminen

Suosittelemme näiden ohjeiden tulostamista ennen aloittamista.

1Avaa Dell-diagnostiikkaohjelma kiintolevyltä tai Drivers and Utilities -CD-levyltä. Jos ohjelma on kiintolevyllä:

a Sammuta tietokone ja käynnistä se sitten uudelleen.

bKun teksti F2 = Setup (F2=Asennus) näkyy näytön oikeassa yläkulmassa, paina näppäinyhdistelmää <Ctrl><Alt><F10>.

Jos odotat liian kauan ja Microsoft® Windows® -logo tulee näyttöön, odota, kunnes näyttöön tulee Windows-työpöytä. Sammuta tämän jälkeen tietokone ja yritä uudelleen. Kun järjestelmä käynnistää Dell-diagnostiikkaohjelman, siirry vaiheeseen 2.

Jos ohjelma on Drivers and Utilities -CD -levyllä:

aSammuta tietokone ja käynnistä se sitten uudelleen.

bKun teksti F2 = Setup (F2=Asennus) näkyy näytön oikeassa yläkulmassa, paina <F12>-näppäintä.

Jos odotat liian kauan ja Microsoft Windows -logo tulee näyttöön, odota, kunnes näyttöön tulee Windows-työpöytä. Sammuta tämän jälkeen tietokone ja yritä uudelleen.

HUOMAUTUS: Tämä toiminto muuttaa käynnistysjakson vain yhdeksi kerraksi. Seuraavan kerran tietokonetta käynnistettäessä se käynnistää järjestelmäasetuksissa määritetyt laitteet.

Esiin tulee Boot Device (Käynnistä laite) -valikko.

cAseta Drivers and Utilities -CD-levy asemaan.

dMuuta Boot Sequence (Käynnistysjakso) -asetusta siten, että IDE CD-ROM -laitteesta tulee käynnistysjakson ensimmäinen laite.

Esiin tulee Dell Diagnostics (Dell-diagnostiikkaohjelma) -valikko.

eValitse numeroidusta luettelosta Dell 32-bit Diagnostics (Dellin 32-bittinen diagnostiikka). Jos luettelossa on useita versioita, valitse tietokoneellesi sopiva versio.

2Kun Dell Diagnostics (Dell-diagnostiikkaohjelma) -päävalikko tulee näkyviin, valitse suoritettava testi.
