9. Replace the computer cover.
10. Connect your computer and devices to electrical outlets, and turn them on.

Removing the System Board

1. Follow the procedures in "Before You Begin."
2. Remove any components that restrict access to the system board (optical drives, floppy drive, hard drive).
3. Remove the processor.
4. Disconnect all cables from the system board.
5. Remove the 10 screws that attach the system board to your computer.
