Removing the Hinge Caps
Prerequisites
1Remove the battery. See "Removing the Battery" on page 13.
2Remove the keyboard. See "Removing the Keyboard" on page 15.
3Remove the base cover. See "Removing the Base Cover" on page 17.
4Remove the palm rest. See "Removing the Palm Rest" on page 27.
5Remove the display assembly. See "Removing the Display Assembly" on page 35.
6Remove the display bezel. See "Removing the Display Bezel" on page 37.
Procedure
1Remove the screws that secure the hinge caps to the display cover.
2Lift the hinge cap, and slide the antenna cables through the slot on the hinge cap.
