ASSEMBLY

For your own safety, do not connect the machine to the power source until the machine is completely assembled and you read and understand the entire instruction manual.

ASSEMBLY TOOLS REQUIRED

Phillips head screwdriver

12 mm wrench

ASSEMBLY TIME ESTIMATE

30 minutes to 1 hour

This machine is heavy. Use two or more people when lifting.

ATTACHING THE CASTERS

1.Turn the stand (A) upside down (Fig 1).

2.Align the holes in the caster assembly (B) with the holes in the plates on the stand. Place a 5/16” flatwasher on a 5/16” x 3/4” hex-head screw. Place this screw through the hole in the caster assembly. and thread it into the hole in the stand. Attach the other caster assemblies in the same manner.

3.Tighten the hardware by hand and then set it with a 12mm wrench.

ATTACHING THE LEGS ON THE MOTOR/BLOWER ASSEMBLY

1.Place the motor/blower assembly with the motor (A) Fig. 2 down.

2.Place a 3/8” (18 mm) flatwasher on the knob (B).

3.Align the holes on the legs (C) with the holes (D) in the motor/blower assembly with the legs extending up. Insert the knob through the hole in the legs

(C) and into the threaded hole in the motor/blower assembly (D). Tighten the knob securely.

4.Repeat for all knobs on both legs.

ATTACHING THE STAND TO THE LEGS ON THE MOTOR/BLOWER ASSEMBLY

NOTE: This step requires two people.

Place all four stand posts (A) Fig. 3 into the four legs

(B)on the motor/blower assembly. Make sure that the metal base plates (D) are arranged over the large holes in the dust collector (C).
