iPod® Playback

With the S-102, you can listen to music or view photo data on an iPod. It is also possible to operate the iPod from the main unit or remote control unit.

DENON will accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss of iPod data.

Depending on the type of iPod and the software version, some functions may not operate.

Listening to Music

1Press <FUNCTION> or [iPod] to select “iPod”.

2Turn on the TV’s power. Set the TV’s input function to the S-102 input.

3Press 1. Playback starts.

Switching the S-102's display (FL)

During playback, press [DISPLAY].

The display switches each time the button is pressed.

In the browse mode, when “Songs” is selected from the “TOP MENU” while a track is playing, the track stops.

Viewing Still Pictures

(Only for iPods Equipped with the Photo Function)

1Press <FUNCTION> or [iPod] to select “iPod”.

2Turn on the TV’s power. Set the TV’s input function to the S-102 input.

3Press [RETURN] to select the “Remote iPod”. The iPod’s display menu is displayed.

4Watching the iPod’s display, press [ui] to select the “Photos”.

5Press [ENTER].

The iPod’s photographs are displayed on the TV monitor.

When an iPod is connected and a slide show is playing, the iPod is not charged. Charge it ahead of time.

Disconnecting the iPod

Set the S-102’s power to the standby mode using ON/

STANDBY.

It is also possible to use <FUNCTION>, [DVD/CD], [FM/AM] or [AUX] to switch the input source to something other than “iPod” then disconnect the iPod.
