10.Inspeccione la manguera de gas en la parte inferior del ensamble del quemador en busca de grietas, cortaduras, orificios o desgaste excesivo. Si la manguera está dañada, no use el calentador.

11.Deslice la manguera hacia el tubo superior, instale el ensamble de quemador y reflec- tor en la base (consulte la figura 10).

12.Alinee el orificio de tubo del ensamble de quemador con el orificio del tubo superior (consulte la figura 10). Asegure el ensam- ble de quemador en el tubo superior con un perno de mariposa. Asegúrese de apretar la tuerca de mariposa totalmente.

13.Levante la cubierta del tanque. Instale la manguera de regulador en la línea de combustible del quemador con las llaves inglesas que se incluyen en la bolsa de ferretería (consulte la figura 11).

14.Conecte firmemente el regulador al ci- lindro de propano o gas LP (consulte la figura 12). Al conectar el ensamble del regulador a la válvula del tanque, apriete a mano la tuerca en el sentido de las ma- necillas del reloj hasta que sienta un tope firme. NO utilice una llave para apre- tarla. El uso de una llave puede dañar la tuerca de acoplamiento de cerrado rápido y producir una condición de peligro.

15.Abra la válvula del cilindro. Aplique líqui- do no corrosivo para detectar fugas en el regulador. La formación de burbujas indicará una fuga.

16.Si hay alguna fuga, cierre la válvula del ci- lindro de propano o gas LP. Desconecte la conexión que tiene la fuga. Revise y limpie la conexión. Vuelva a conectar el regulador y revise nuevamente si hay fugas.

17.Si no hay fugas, tire de la cubierta hacia abajo para cubrir el tanque y las patas. La unidad ya está lista para encenderse.
