ESTIMACIÓN DEL TIEMPO DE ENSAMBLAJE

La asamblea para esta máquina es más o menos 2 horas.

CÓMO ARMAR LA BASE

1.Elija una de las piezas laterales (A) Fig. 1A y colóquele una de las patas (B), con el extremo corto de la pata en la parte delantera de la máquina. Para ello, utilice dos pernos M8-20 (C) y dos arandelas planas M8. Coloque la otra pata en la otra pieza lateral.

2.Instale el refuerzo trasero (C) en las dos piezas laterales con M8 x 1.25 Pernos de Carruaje y tuercas.

3.Instale la pieza central (D) en el resto del conjunto. Ajuste todo el equipo con firmeza.

COMO CONECTAR LA LIJADORA AL SOPORTE

Esta máquina está pesada. Utilice a dos o más personas al levantar.

1.Coloque la máquina de costado (Fig. 2), sobre dos bloques de madera (no suministrados). Instale la base.

2.Coloque la parte frontal de la base (panel negro grande

[E]Fig. 1C) en la parte delantera de la máquina (del lado del interruptor de energía). Haga coincidir los orificios en la base con los de la máquina. Inserte los pernos M8-20 y ajuste con las tuercas de brida M8.

CÓMO INSTALAR LAS PATAS NIVELADORAS EN LA BASE

1.La tuerca de inmovilización ya debe estar en la pata niveladora. Si no es así, coloque la tuerca de inmovilización (A) Fig. 2A en la pata niveladora (B).

2.Atornille la tuerca de inmovilización a la pata niveladora en el orificio que se encuentra en la pata.

3.CON CUIDADO, levante la máquina.

4.Nivele la máquina girando las patas niveladoras (B) hacia un lado o hacia el otro. Cuando la máquina esté nivelada, ajuste las tuercas de inmovilización (A).

5.Inserte las tapas finales en los extremos de las patas.
