6.Leave the TV/VCR SAT mode switch set to TV/VCR to operate the VCR.
7.For quick reference, write the number from step 1 down in the table on the inside of the back cover of this manual.
The remote control is now programmed to control your VCR.
To verify that the remote control operates your VCR
Place a video tape in your VCR and press the Play button (
) on the remote control (make sure the TV/VCR SAT mode switch is set to TV/VCR).
If the remote control does not operate your VCR, repeat the steps on the previous page using a different code listed for your VCR manufacturer.
Note: Your television and VCR must have infrared (IR) remote control receiving capability in order to be operated with the Personal TV remote control.
When you’ve finished programming the remote control and want to use it to control your DISHPlayer receiver, set the TV/VCR SAT mode switch back to SAT.
