Before calling service, use the trouble-shooting guide “If the water purifier stops working” to try to rectify the fault yourself. If service is called in to solve a problem that is in this list, there is a risk that you will be responsible for the cost. The same applies if you have used the appliance for a purpose other than that for which it is intended.

Note that electrical faults should always be rectified by a certified electrician.

Requirements on feed water to water purifier

The tank must be filled with municipal water. In standing water (tank water) there is a risk of bacterial growth. The water purifier is intended to purify the tank water.
