Unpacking

Check the purifier for any signs of damage and check that no accessories are missing. Any damage, faults or missing parts should be notified to the dealer immediately.

Do not leave packaging material lying around so that children can play with it.

Placing

The water purifier should be installed close to the cold-water tap so that the pure water hoses are as short as possible, for example underneath the sink or under the couch near the sink.

Long pure water hoses (> 2 m) increase the risk of bacterial growth.

It is important that the purifier is installed standing upright or wall mounted (vertical), horizontal in rela- tion to the floor. This is to ensure that drainage and leakage indication function correctly.

It should be easy to inspect the control panel.

It should be possible to open the top cover so that the filter container and UV lamp can be accessed.

Connections can be routed in any direction from the connection point. Make sure no connections are kinked or damaged. Hoses and wires must not be stretched either. The dimensions of the area required for the water purifier are, see fig. A:

w: 340 mm

h:390 mm (for maintenance h: 640 mm)

d:180 mm

1. Mount the bracket (with 4 screws) on the wall or on the floor, see fig. B.

2.Drill a hole in the floor to lead out the drain hose.

3.Remove the top cover by pressing the release button on the rear, see fig. C. Lift the rear edge of the top cover and unhook the cover at the front, see fig. D.

4.An adhesive sheet with information in various lan- guages is available as an accessory. Choose the desired language and install in the top cover on the purifier.

Before the water purifier is connected

Tank and hoses have to be disinfected before the water purifier is connected. See section “Disinfection”, points 5-6.
