Management Tools

Diva Server Management

Diva Server Management is integrated into the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) via a snap-in. You may create your own set of management, for instance the Device Manager combined with the Diva Server Management.

Diva Server Management is a tool that displays the current status of the connected lines, the active connections and the history of connections. Simply testing lines and connectivity is also part of Diva Server management.

To open Diva Server Management as standalone program, click ‘Start > Programs > Diva Server for Windows > Diva Server Management’.

Diva Server Management offers the following statistics:

•Status:

Displays an overview of all installed Diva Server adapters in the system and the events taking place on these adapters.

•Active Connections:

Displays the Diva Server adapters with active incoming or outgoing calls.

•Call History:

Displays the history for all conducted ingoing or outgoing calls.
