Chapter 4 Power Saving Functions
4-1. Setting Power Saving
●Monitor
This function allows you to set the monitor into t he power saving mode according to the PC status. Whe n the
monitor has shifted to the power saving mode, t he images on the screen are not displayed.
Attention
• Turni ng off the main power switch or unplugging t he power cord completely shuts off power supply to the monitor.
• W hen the monitor is in power saving mode, device s connected to the USB downstre am port will still work. The refore,
power consumption of the monitor varie s with connected devices even in t he power saving mode.
• Power consu mption varies even when the stereo mi ni jack cable is connected.
Note
• The mo nitor changes to the power saving mode about 15 second s after the signal input ceases t o be detected.
Procedure
1. Choose “ PowerManager” in the Setting menu, and press .
2. Choose “ Power Save” in the “PowerManager” menu, and press .
The “Power Save” menu appears.
3. Select “On” or “Of f” with or .
4. Pre ss to exit.
