Chapter 4 Power Saving Functions4-1. Setting Power Saving
This function allows you to set the monitor into the power saving mode a ccording to the PC status. When the
monitor has shifted to the power saving mode, the images on t he screen are not displayed.
Attention
• Unplugging the p ower cord completely shuts off power supply to the monitor.
• When the mon itor is in power saving mode, devices con nected to the USB downstream por t will still work. Therefore,
power consumption of the monitor varies with c onnected devices even in the power savi ng mode.
Note
• The monitor cha nges to the power saving mode about 15 seconds aft er the signal input ceases to be dete cted.
Procedure
1. Choose “PowerManager” in t he Setting menu, and press .
2. Choose “Power Save” in the “PowerManager” menu, and pre ss .
The “Power Save” menu appears.
3. Select “On” or “Off ” with or .
4. Press to exit.
