1. Beef Franks* 1 - 6 Place hot dog in bun. Wrap each with paper towel or napkin. Touch

microwave-safe rack and cover with wax paper. Place ground meat
in a casserole and cover with wax paper or plasti c wrap. When oven
stops, turn patties over or stir meat in casserole to bre ak up large
pieces. Re-cover and touch S TART. After cookin g, let stand, covered,
for 2 to 3 minutes.

Use this setting to broil hamburger pattie s. Place on low rack.
4. Pork 2 - 3.5 lb Boneless pork loin is recommended b ecause it cooks evenly. Place
on a low rack. After cooking, remove from oven, cover with foil and

5. Steaks* 0.5 - 2 lb Use this setting to broil steaks from 3/4" to 1" thick. Individual bone-
less steaks broil evenly. Place steak on low rack. For well done, touch
power level once; for rare, touch power level twice.
