Warranty InformationMAjOR APPLIANCE wARRANTy INFORMATION
Your appliance is covered by a one year l imited warranty. For one year from you r original date of purchase, Ele ctrolux will repair
or replace any parts of thi s appliance that prove to be defective in ma terials or workmanship when suc h appliance is installed,
used, and maintained in a ccordance with the provide d instructions. In addi tion, the magnetron tube of your ap pliance is covered
by a two through five year limited wa rranty. During the 2nd through 5th ye ars from your original date of pu rchase, Electrolux will
provide a replacement ma gnetron tube for your appliance wh ich has proven to be defective in materia ls or workmanship when
your appliance is insta lled, used, and maintaine d in accordance with the provi ded instructions.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the followin g:
1. Produ cts with original serial n umbers that have been removed, a ltered or cannot be readily d etermined.
2. Product that h as been transferred fro m its original owner to anothe r party or removed outsid e the USA or Canada.
3. Rust on the interi or or exterior of the unit.
4. Products purc hased “as-is” are not covered by th is warranty.
5. Food loss due to any ref rigerator or freezer fail ures.
6. Products use d in a commercial setting.
7. Service calls which do not involve malf unction or defects in materials or work manship, or for appliances not in ordin ary
household use or used ot her than in accordance with t he provided instruction s.
8. Service ca lls to correct the installa tion of your appliance or to inst ruct you how to use your appliance .
9. Expenses fo r making the appliance a ccessible for ser vicing, such as removal of tr im, cupboards, shelve s, etc., which are not
a part of the appliance wh en it is shipped from the facto ry.
10. Service calls to repair or repl ace appliance light bulbs, air filte rs, water filters, other consumabl es, or knobs, handles, or
other cosmetic parts.
11. Labor or in-home s ervice costs during the ad ditional limited warranty pe riods beyond the first year from yo ur original date
of purchase.
12. Pickup and delivery costs; your ap pliance is designed to be re paired in the home.
13. Surcharges including, but not l imited to, any after hour, weekend, or hol iday service calls, to lls, ferry trip charg es, or mileage
expense for service ca lls to remote areas, includin g the state of Alaska.
14. Damages to the finish of applia nce or home incurred duri ng transportation o r installation, includin g but not limited to floors,
cabinets, walls, etc.
15. Damages caused by: service s performed by unauthorized se rvice companies; use of part s other than genuine Electrolux
parts or parts obta ined from persons other tha n authorized service com panies; or external cause s such as abuse, misuse,
inadequate power supply, accidents, fires, or acts of God.

This warranty only app lies in the USA, Puerto Rico and Cana da. In the USA and Puerto Rico, your appli ance is warranted by
Electrolux major Appl iances north Ameri ca, a division of Electrolu x Home Products, Inc. In Canad a, your appliance is warra nted
by Electrolux Canada Cor p. Electrolux authorizes no p erson to change or add to any ob ligations under this warr anty. obligations
for service and par ts under this warrant y must be performed by El ectrolux or an authori zed service company. Produ ct features or
