electricalandelectronicequipment(WEEE):

1. Thesymbolaboveindicatesthatseparatecollectionofelectricalandelectronic

equipmentisrequiredandthatthisproductwasplacedontheEuropeanmarket

afterAugust13,2005,thedateofenforcementforDirective2002/96/EC.

2. Whenthisproducthasreachedtheendofitsserviceablelife,itcannotbe

disposedofasunsortedmunicipalwaste.Itmustbecollectedandtreated

separately.

3. IthasbeendeterminedbytheEuropeanParliamentthattherearepotential

negativeeffectsontheenvironmentandhumanhealthasaresultofthepresence

ofhazardoussubstancesinelectricalandelectronicequipment.

4. Itistheusers’responsibilitytoutilizetheavailablecollectionsystemtoensure

WEEEisproperlytreated.
