The power doesnt turn on.
The buttons on the projector dont work.
You are having trouble projecting through the USB cable connection.
Solving Problems With the Image or Sound
No image appears on the screen.
Youve connected a computer and see a blue screen with the message No Signal displayed.
The message Not Supported is displayed.
The projector and notebook dont display the same image
Only part of the computer image is displayed.
The image isnt square, but keystone-shaped.
The image contains static or noise.
The image is blurry.
The image is too light or dark, or colors are incorrect.
Nothing appears on an external monitor.
There is no sound, or the sound is not loud enough.

You see the message Hardware device not found when you try to use the Easy Interactive Driver.
You dont see the Easy Interactive Driver on your computer.
The pen doesnt work.
