The power does not turn on.

The viewer becomes hot. | Turn off the power, disconnect the AC adapter, stop |
| charging and wait more than 30 minutes, then connect the |
| AC adapter again to restart charging. The Charge lamp still |
| lights orange, contact our customer support. |
Cannot access data.

The name of a file or folder is not | Rename the file or folder to access. |

The data is not displayed.

The photo, video, or audio file you | |
