❏Lights came on and then went out
❏Only the process light is on
❏The berror light is flashing or on
❏One of the ink out lights is flashing or on
❏Ink out lights are on and the other lights are flashing
All lights are off
Try one or more of these solutions:
❏Press the Ppower button to make sure that the printer is on.
❏Turn off the printer and make sure that the power co rd is
securely plugged in.
❏Make sure that your outlet works and is not co ntrolled by a
wall switch or timer.
Lights came on and then went out
The printer’s voltage may not match the outlet rating. Turn off the
printer and unplug it immediately, then check the printer labels.
If the voltage does not match, DO NOT PLUG YOUR PRINTER
BACK IN. Contact your dealer.
Only the Processing light is on
Try one or more of these solutions:
❏Make sure that there is no packing materi al in the printer.
