If you have run a diagnostics program, you see this selection on the

OPERATION MENU:

0 - Exit and reset

In this case, when you press 0 and Enter, the system is reset. Before selecting this option, remove the diagnostics diskette from drive A and insert your system diskette so the system can hoot normally. If you want to hoot from your hard disk, make sure no diskette is inserted in drive A.

Diagnostics and MS-DOS Commands

Each choice on the OPERATION MENU corresponds to an MS-DOS command:

The other MS-DOS commands on the diagnostics diskette are:

You can copy these MS-DOS commands, with the exception of DIAGSYS, to your hard disk or to a directory on another floppy disk. You can then execute the program as an MS-DOS command without loading the diagnostics diskette. To copy these commands, use the COPY command described in your MS-DOS manual.
