4. Press the button to select the sensitivity icon
; then press the SEL button. The Sensitivity
menu appears.
Note:
If the sensitivity icon is dimmed and cannot be
selected, highlight the auto/manual icon using the
or button, then press the SE L button to select
Manu.
5. Select Med. or High using the or button,
then press the SEL button. The Conditions menu
appears indicating Med. or High is selected as the
sensitivity setting.
6. Press the ESC button twice to exit the setting
menus. The ISO-H is marked on the display panel
on the top of the camera.
Using Slow Synchro Flash in dimly lit places
Use Slow Synchro Flash when taking pictures at dawn
or twilight, or in places with an illuminated
background. This function slows the camera’s shutter
speed to enhance the clarity of background details in
the shot.
Follow the steps below to use this feature.
1. Turn the camera’s dial switch to View.
2. Press the SEL button.
3. Make sure the conditions icon is selected (if
not, press button to select it), then press the
SEL button again.
4. In the Conditions menu, press the button
until Flash is selected, then press the SEL button
to select Slow.
5. Press the ESC button twice to exit the Conditions
menu.
6. To take a picture in the Slow Flash mode, press
the shutter button.
Note:
Make sure the Flash control is not turned o ff on the
display panel on the top of the camera . Otherwise, Slow
Flash is disabled.
