Movie printing problems

The same thumbnail images are printed on one sheet.

When you select Print N Frames as the movie printing method, if you set a short range for the movie, the same thumbnail images are printed on one sheet. Set a longer range for the movie and try again.

The printer does not play the movie.

If you see a ? when you select the movie you want to play, the video codec for the movie data is not supported. Make sure that your movie data meets the requirements. See your online User's Guide.

The recording time for your movie may be too long.

The printer cannot recognize your movie data.

If the file format of the movie does not meet the requirements, your printer cannot recognize the data on your memory card. Make sure that your movie data meets the requirements. See your online User's Guide.

Scan quality problems

Only part of the photo is scanned.

The printer has non-readable areas at the edges. Move the photo away from the edges slightly.

The file size is too big.

Try changing the quality settings.
