Q.: I׳m trying to connect to the MultiCell via LAN, with the PRI Management application, but I keep getting the error message. How to resolve?
A.: Unhook the COM cable from the MultiCell and reboot it. If reboot is unwanted, connect to the MultiCell via COM cable with PRI Management application, go to the System screen and perform actions, described there:

Q.: I׳ve made some calls, with the handset, the MultiCell worked perfectly, but now,as I connect the MultiCell to my PBX the calls are not going through. How to resolve?
A.: Check, that youve disabled the test mode, after the calls youve made calls with the handset. When you enter the handset mode, by pressing Login the MultiCell goes into the test mode. This means that the communication on the ISDN line is disabled and the only open voice channel is set for the handset.

A.: Its doable, but be advised, that all of the ongoing calls will be disconnected, the second you login to the handset mode. And all of the incoming calls will be rejected, until you logout from the handset mode.
