To play a CD:

Follow these steps carefully:

Loading the disc

1. Turn the Power ON.

2. Slide/ the/ MODE switch

(RADIO PHONO CD) to CD. See

Figure 7 above.

4. Press the OPEN/CLOSE but- ton to close the CD door. After a while, the display shows the CD total number of tracks and total and playing time. First turn the VOLUME control knob clockwise to turn the unit on.

Slide the MODE switch to CD.

FIGURE 9: Pressing PAUSE/PLAY but- ton will have the CD’s track number and indicator lights blink. Once play is resume the flashing will stop.

Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to open the CD compartment. Insert a CD into the disc tray. Make sure the CD is put into tray with printed side up. Close the CD door. See Figure 8.

5. Press the PLAY/PAUSE but- ton to begin playing your CD. Press the STOP button to stop playing/ your CD. Press the PLAY PAUSE button to pause your CD.
