•If a previous installation of the VNS 104 software is detected by the install program, the following screen appears (see figure 3).

-Select Update to update Extron’s VN-Matrix Multi-stream Decoding Software, -Repair to fix or reinstall, -Remove to delete all.

Update

Updates your currently installed version.

Repair

Reinstall all program features installed by the previous setup.

Remove

Remove all installed features.

From this screen there are three options:

•Update – Select this option if you have a previous installation of the VNS 104 on this computer. The previous installation is removed, then the update begins.

•Repair – Select when experiencing problems with the VNS 104 software. This option reinstalls the current VNS 104 application on this computer.

•Remove – Select this option to remove the VNS 104 application from this computer.

Select the desired option and click Next.

5.On‑screen instructions appear. The screen is slightly different depending on the option selected in step 4.

Click Next.
