Installation instructions
Before you begin – read these instructions completely and carefully.

Improper connection of an
Do not modify the plug provided with the appliance – if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
Failure to do so can result in death, electric shock, fire or injury to persons.

Installation Requirements
Location
Your washer must be installed on firm flooring to minimize vibration during spin cycles. Concrete flooring is best, but a wood base is sufficient providing the floor support meets FHA standards.
Your washer should not be installed on rugs or exposed to the weather.
Plumbing
Water Temperature
Your cold water should not exceed 95˚F (35˚C) or your hot water exceed 149˚F (65˚C). Temperatures above this may damage your washer.

Drain
Water may be drained into a standpipe or set tub/sink. The standpipe must be 1 ½” (38 mm) minimum interior diameter and must be open to the atmosphere.
Electrical
This appliance must be supplied with 110V – 120V, 60Hz electrical supply and connected to an individual, properly grounded branch circuit, protected by a 15 or 20 amp circuit breaker or time delay fuse.
