Assembly

WARNING

Children can be harmed by small parts, sharp edges and sharp points in the mini- bike’s unassembled state, or by electrical items. Care should be taken in unpacking and assembly of the mini-bike. Children should not handle parts, including the battery, or help in assembly of the mini-bike.

Plastic Tie

Handlebars

Using safety scissors, remove the plastic tie from the handlebars. DO NOT cut the power wires or brake cables.

Stand the frame assembly upright.

At an angle, insert the fender tab into the slot in the front fork. Lower the fender into place.

#8 x 1" Screw - 2

Shocks

SHOWN ACTUAL SIZE

 

Insert a #8 x 1" screw through the hole in each front fork shock and into the fender. Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.

Mini-Bike

 

Position the handlebars so that the grips point outward and the throttle button faces the rear of the mini-bike.

Hint: If you are sitting on the seat of the mini-bike, the power button will be on the right and the brake will be on the left.

• Insert each handlebar into the holes in the front fork.
