Return to previous menu

Exit menu

If you turn the music ON the music icons will appear on the bottom of the screen.

Sounds

Turn sounds off

Select nature sounds

Select heartbeat sounds

Return to previous menu

Exit menu

If you turn sounds ON one of the sound icons or will appear on the bottom of the screen.
