Changing the Line Frequency
For optimum rejection of line noise, set the thermometer for the local line frequency as follows:
1.Press or until the display shows .
2.Press to indicate that you want to change the line setting.
3.Press or as needed until the display shows or (50 Hz or 60 Hz).
4.Press to store the line setting in memory.

Thermocouples are color coded by type based on the North American ANSI Color Code:

1.Plug a thermocouple into the input connector(s).
2.Set the thermometer for the correct thermocouple type.
