Enlarging a nav data indication
You can enlarge and display one of the data
indications as follows:
1. Press or to select the indication you
want to display. A blue cursor circum-
scribes your selection. For example, se-
lect the waypoint data window.
2. Press s to enlarge the data.

Graphic displays
There are two types of graphic displays and
you can select which one to display on the
SYSTEM MENU1.
Graphic display 1
This display provides analog and digital dis-
plays of cross-track error (XTE), course and
bearing. It is useful for monitoring progress
toward a waypoint. The XTE scale in the cen-
ter of the display, graduated in increments of
0.1 nm, shows cross-track error, the direction
and distance the boat is off course. In the ex-
ample below the XTE marker (red) shows the
boat is off course by 0.2 nm starboard. There-
fore you would steer left by the same distance
to return to course.

Resetting trip distance on graphic displays
The trip distance indication displays the dis-
tance the boat has traveled. To reset the indi-
cation to zero, press t or s until the
indication reads zero.
