Heart Rate Zones
1.Press MODE > SETTINGS >
SPORT2.Select RUN, BIKE or GENERAL > HEART RATE > HR ZONES.3.To change a heart rate zone, press ▲/▼ to select the zone you want to change. Press ENTER to edit the zone limits.
4.Press ▲/▼ to change the limit. Press ENTER to toggle between fields.
Many athletes are using heart rate zones to measure and increase their cardiovascular strength and improve their level of fitness. A heart rate zone is a set range of heartbeats per minute.
