If the “Service Required” message appears in the control panel, we recommend that you
turn the printer off, leave it for 5 minutes, and then turn it on again. If the Service Re-
quired message doesn’t reappear, you can carry on printing. If the message is still dis-
played, contact GCC Technical Support at 781-276-8620.
There’s a rare possibility that the printer’s internal software may have a problem. Cycling
the printer will normally clear this. If problems persist, contact GCC Technical Support.
