Dialing a Quick Dial Number

1.Pick up the handset or press SPEAKER.

2.Press A, B, or C. The number dials automatically.

IMPORTANT: If you make test calls to emergency numbers, remain on the line and explain the reason for the call. Also, make these calls in off-peak hours, such as early morning or late evening.

Alternatively, you can preview the number before dialing (when the handset is on-hook).

Press a Quick Dial button (A, B or C), the number will be shown on the display, press DIAL again to make the connection in speakerphone mode.

Reviewing Stored Numbers

1.Press DIAL/ENTER. MEMORY DIAL=? is displayed.

2.Use NEXT or REVIEW to scroll through the memory locations.

•To dial the displayed number, press DIAL. The speakerphone comes on and dials the number automatically. (To cancel, press SPEAKER).

•To exit stored number review, press FLASH/EXIT.

•To change the displayed number, press STORE.

EDIT TEL. NO. is displayed. See “Storing a Number in Memory.”

NOTE: Direct access memory A, B and C are displayed as Memory 11, 12 and 13 respectively on the display.
