OVERHEAT PROTECTION SYSTEM

This appliance is equipped with an overheating security feature. If you:

plug in the fryer without oil or an insufficient amount of oil

use old oil that has become too thick

allow the appliance to become overheated

The appliance will shut off automatically. The power light will go off.

Wait until the heating element has completely cooled. Remove the heating element and turn it so the part that would be in the cooking pot is facing you. To reset the fryer, press the red reset button on the right side using any small round non metallic object such as a pencil eraser or a Q-tip.

Be sure to fill the Cooking pot to at least the MIN marking inside the Cooking pot with oil before plugging in the appliance again (M).
