FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE

The treadmill console offers an impressive array of features designed to make your workouts more effec- tive and enjoyable.

When the manual mode of the console is selected, you can change the speed and incline of the treadmill with the touch of a button. As you exercise, the console will display instant exercise feedback. You can even measure your heart rate using the handgrip heart rate monitor.

In addition, the console offers a weight-loss workout center, designed to create custom-fit workouts to help you meet your fitness goals. Each workout automati- cally controls the speed and incline of the treadmill as it guides you through an effective exercise session.

The console also features the iFit interactive work- out system. The iFit system accepts iFit cards with workouts that help you achieve specific fitness goals. For example, lose unwanted pounds with the 8-week Weight Loss workout. iFit workouts automatically con- trol the treadmill. iFit cards are available separately. To purchase iFit cards at any time, go to www.iFit.com or call the telephone number on the front cover of this manual. iFit cards are also available at select stores.

You can even listen to your favorite workout music or audio books with the console’s premium stereo sound system while you get in shape.
