USING ADVANCED VCR FEATURES

Set Auto Repeat

■You can set the DVD/VCR to play the same segment of a tape over and over in a repeating loop.

Press [SETUP] and select

1 “FUNCTIONS”.

Select “Set Auto Repeat”.

FUNCTIONS
Auto Play:	ON
Auto TV/VCR:	ON
Index Search
Go-To Search
Set Auto Repeat

2	The Set Auto Repeat menu will ask for a
	loop end time to be specified.
	To turn off Set Auto Repeat,press the

[CLEAR] button.

AUTO REPEAT

Set the length of time you want the tape to play in a repeating loop

Loop from 0:00 to - : - - (h:mm)

Cancel: CLEAR

End: SETUP

Auto Clock Set

■Auto Clock Set automatically adjusts the DVD/VCR clock for Daylight Savings Time (DST) every spring and fall. The Auto Clock Set is ON by default. If you live in an area that does not use Daylight Savings Time, turn this feature OFF.

1	Press [VCR], then press [SETUP] and select “CLOCK SET”.
	Move	into “Auto Clock Set” with [v] .

2	Press [ENTER] to switch between
	ON and OFF.
	- Select ON if you want the VCR’s clock

to adjust automatically for DST

- Select OFF if you do not want the clock to automatically adjust for DST

Auto Clock Set : ON

Move:	Select: ENTER
End: SETUP

Changing the setup menu language

■You can set the language for VCR Setup menus to English, Spanish, or French.

1	Press [SETUP] button and select
	“LANGUAGE SELECT”.

TIMER RECORDINGS CHANNEL SET FUNCTIONS LANGUAGE SELECT

2	Set the language to English, Spanish
	or French and [ENTER].

LANGUAGE SELECT

Select a language.

English
