FROM TIME TO TIME CHECK YOUR CAR SEAT AND BASE for worn parts, torn material or stitching. If damage is found, DO NOT try to modify the car seat. Replace the car seat.

Car seat pad may be machine washed on delicate cycle and drip-dried. NO BLEACH.

Car seat metal and plastic parts may be cleaned by wiping with a mild soap and water solution. NO BLEACH.

Do not immerse the harness straps in water. Doing so may affect their strength. Dirty straps should be spot cleaned or replaced.

Regularly inspect car seat harness and buckle for excessive wear. If the buckle becomes bent or the shoulder straps are frayed, they must be replaced.

Do not lubricate the buckle.

DO NOT USE CAR SEAT without the seat cover.

DISCONTINUE USING YOUR CAR SEAT AND BASE should it become damaged or broken. Never use this seat after it is involved in a vehicle crash.

Due to the effects of normal wear-and-tear, changing vehicle restraint systems, and European standard revisions, we recommend that this car seat and base be replaced with a new model after five years. Whenever the car seat is replaced, please dispose of the old one properly so it will not be reused.
