The remote control

ON/OFF	Switches the hi-fi system to standby mode and
	from standby mode to the last input source
￿ II	selected.
	In MP3 and CD-DA mode: starts and pauses CD
	playback.
7	In MP3 and CD-DA mode: interrupts and stops
	playback of a CD; deletes the track memory of a
	CD.
5as6	In tuner mode: selects stored radio channels.
	In MP3 or CD-DA mode: press briefly to select
	files or tracks forwards or backwards; press and
	hold down to search forwards or backwards for a
	particular passage.
DSC	Selects the sound settings USER, CLASSIC, POP,
	JAZZ and ROCK.
UBS	Switches the Ultra Bass System on and off.
– ￿ +	Adjust the volume.
BAND	Selects the frequency band »FM« or »MW«.
TUNING/ALBUM	In tuner mode: press and hold down to start
ADJ./ ￿ ￿	the station search; press briefly to change the
	frequency in steps.
	In MP3 mode: selects albums forwards or
	backwards in steps.
PTY	In tuner mode: opens the current channel type (PTY);
	selects programme types (PTY) for PTY search.
COLOR	Selects the colour of the display back lighting
	(8 colours).
BRIGHTNESS	Adjusts the brightness of the display to one of
	three levels (bright, medium, off).
