ADVANCEEXCHANGE PROGRAM
TheAdvance Exchange Programallows you to have replacement equipment
shippedimmediatelyto you (depending upon where you live,it could take three
tofive business days). Alongwith replacement equipment, you willreceive a
prepaids hipping label and instructions on how to re turn the defective
equipment.
Theshipping charge, forreceiving replacement equipment and returningthe
defective equipment, is a one time fee based on Ec hoStar’s competitive bulk
shippingrates (additionalcharges may apply outsideof the continental US).
Thisfee will be charged to yourbilling account or your valid creditcard.
Ifyou do no tsh ip the defective equipment to EchoStar w ithin ten days after
receiving the replacement, your billi ng accountor credit card will be charged
themarket price of the replacement.If you return the defective equipment after
tendays, you will receive a full refundless an administrative fee.
Ifyour equipment is out ofwarranty and can be repaired your billing accountor
creditcard will be charged the standardrepair fee for the replacement.
Ifdamage t o the defective equipment is found, whic h EchoStar in its sole
discretion determin es has voided the w arranty, or makes the eq uipment
unrepairable,your billingaccount or credit card will be charged themarket
priceof the replacement.

Youmay chooseto ship the equipment to us at your cost. Toprovide faster
service,upon receipt of yourequipment you will be shipped a replacement.
Youroriginalequipment will not be available for return.

thiswarranty. Ifthe defective equipment is coveredunder this warranty, it will
bereplaced and shipped backt o youat no additional cost (additionalcharges
mayapply outside of the continentalUS).
