Troubleshooting and Questions
This chapter summarizes the most common problems you
could encounter with your HAAN® Steam Station Garment
Steamer. Please read the different sections for more details.

PROBLEM: Steam Station does not operate.
Possible Cause:
1) Power cord not firmly plugged into outlet.
2) No power in wall outlet.
Possible Solution:
1) Check plug in outlet and set plug firmly.
2) Check fuse or breaker. Replace fuse and/or
reset breaker.
PROBLEM: Steam Station does not emit steam.
Possible Cause:
1) No water in water tank.
Possible Solution:
1) Add water to the water tank following the
instructions on page 8.
PROBLEM: The hose makes a gargling noise and water
droplets have collected in the wand or steam
head.
Possible Cause:
1) if the hose is used for a substantial time in
a bent state, a gargling noise is emitted and
water droplets collect in the wand.
Possible Solution:
1) Extend the hose upward so it is no longer
bent and hold in this position for 2-3
seconds to allow the condensation to clear
within the hose.
