Troubleshooting and Questions
PROBLEM: Power light does not light nor does unit seem to be making steam .
Possible Cause:
1)Power cord not firmly plugged into outlet.
2)No power in wall outlet.
Possible Solution:
1)Check the outlet to see if power supply is normal. Check plug in outlet and set plug firmly.
2)Check fuse or breaker. Replace fuse and/or reset breaker.
3)Connect another electrical device to the outlet and check to see if power can be turned on. If there is still no power to the unit, please call HAAN® Customer Care.
