Troubleshooting and Questions

PROBLEM: Floor Sanitizer vibration sound last longer than 60 seconds.

Possible Cause:

1)No water in the water tank.

2)Water tank is not snapped into place.

Possible Solution:

1)Add water to the water tank following instruction on page 8.

2)Insert the water tank properly into the main body of the SI-35.

PROBLEM: Floor Sanitizer does not operate.

Possible Cause:

1)Power cord not firmly plugged into outlet.

2)No power in wall outlet.

Possible Solution:

1)Check plug in outlet and set plug firmly.

2)Check fuse or breaker. Replace fuse and/or reset breaker.

PROBLEM: Floor Sanitizer does not emit steam.

Possible Cause:

1) No water in water tank.

Possible Solution:

1)Add water to the water tank following the instructions on page 8.
