Display will show 3 dashes after being plugged in.

Slide drip cup into place.

With cover closed, press power button.

Default temperature setting is 425ºF (220ºC).

Use Arrow buttons to select desired cooking temperature. See Grilling Chart for more information.

Beep will sound when set cooking temperature is reached. When preheated, place food on grill.

Cook until desired internal tem- perature is reached. See Grilling Chart for more information.
