Appendix C Limited Warranty Statement
A. Extent of Limited Warranty

2.For software products, HiTi's limited warranty applies only to a failure to execute programming instructions. HiTi does not warrant that the operation of any product will be uninterrupted or error free. The other issue is concerned with warranties of software. Please refer to the declaration of the "License Agreement" during the installation.
3.HiTi's limited warranty covers only those defects, which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any:
◆Improper or inadequate maintenance or modification.
◆Software, interfacing, media, parts, ribbons, plastic cards, or other supplies not provided or supported by HiTi.
◆Bundled software or elements. Their warranties and services should be supported by the original manufactures.
◆Operation outside the product specifications. HiTi would not be responsible for the services.

5.If HiTi receives, during the applicable warranty period, Notice of a defect in any software, media, or ink cartridge product, which is covered by HiTi's warranty, HiTi shall replace the defective product. If HiTi receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect in any hardware product, which is covered by HiTi's warranty, HiTi shall either repair or replace the defective product, at HiTi's convenience.
6.If HiTi is unable to repair or replace, as applicable, a defective product which is covered by HiTi's warranty, HiTi shall within a reasonable time after being notified of the defect, refund the purchase price for the product.
