SERVICING YOUR GENERATOR
FUSE
Specified fuse:
FUSEHOLDER FUSE(15A)
FUSEHOLDER COVER
FUSE(1A)

SCREW
In the event of fuse failure, locate the cause of failure and repair before
you continue operation. If the fuse continues to fail, discontinue
generator use and consult an authorizedHonda generator dealer.
If the fuse is blown, the starter motor won’toperate.
Turn the engine switch OFF and removethe k ey before checking or
replacing the fuse.
Loosen the cover screw and
remove the maintenance cover.

Never use a fuse with
different rating from that
specified. Serious damage to
the electricalsystem or fire
may result.
Replace the fuse with a
fuseofthesametypeand
rating.
Remove the fuse holder cover
and pull the fuse out.
Install the fuse holder cover and the maintenance coverin the
reverse orderof removal (see page ).
Never operate the generatorwithout the maintenance cover in place,
as poor engine and generator performance will result.
