To stop the engine in an emergency, simply turn the engine switch to
the OFF position. Under normalconditions, use the following
procedure.
Turn off or disconnect all appliances that are connected to the
generator or the parallel operation kit.
If two generators were connected for parallel operation, disconnect
the parallel operation kit/receptacle assembly after stopping the
engines if you do not wish to resume parallel operation.
Turn the engine switch to the OFF position.
Turn the fuel valve lever to the OFFposition.
